Re:  Kingdom of Hawaii Rents Due to Landlords No. 2016-0921  Rents for the following Properties are due:  Pehu's (2 parcels), Abner Paki's, Kekualoa's and Kamehameha III's, Victoria Kamamalu, Kekauonohi, Mataio Kekuanaoa, William Charles Lunalilo, Laanui, Honokaupu, Keolewa, Niau, John Young Jr./Keoni Ana, James Young Kanehoa, Nauwahi/Nauahi, Kanepilau parcels Macy's, Alexander and Baldwin properties, etc. for two (2) reasons:  (1)  Alodio, Superior Title Owner, and (2) Dispossession made based on Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty

I, Amelia Gora, am one of the Superior alodio land owners under our ancestor:

1)  Pehu's parcels - lands that you are sitting on.
                             lands that the Macy family claimed- Walmart is on it, formerly occupied by the Macy stores
                             lands in Palolo, 800+ acres

2)  Honokaupu -  lands of Keekapu's parents in Town currently occupied by the City and County

3)  Keolewa - lands of Kamakahelei's heirs given to Kamaikui - lands currenly occupied by the City and County.  I, Amelia Gora am one of Kamakahelei's heirs/descendants.  Am also one of Kamaikui's descendants/heirs.

4)  Kamahiai - lands of heirs:  Kaiama and wife.  I, Amelia Gora am one of Kaiama's heirs.

5)  William Charles Lunalilo - lands of Kamehameha, Kamehameha II's widows son.  Her last marriage was to Charles Kanaina.

6)  Gideon Laanui - lands of heirs including his last wife Namahana/Piia's children.I Amelia Gora am one of her descendants/heirs through Haupu/Kahekili;

7)  Abner Paki's, heir of his brother Kalaniulumoku, both were Kamehameha's grandsons.  I, Amelia Gora, am one of Kalaniulumoku's sons descendants/heirs.  He had multiples of parcels including the land that the Attorney General occupies.  Kalola, daughter of Kalaniulumoku was the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in probate.

8)  Victoria Kamamalu was the sibling of my ancestors Paalua, and John Kapena..  Paalua's father was Mataio Kekuanaoa.  John Kapena's stepfather was Mataio Kekuanaoa.  He was the son of Kalima the fifth wife or last wife of Kekuanaoa.  Mataio Kekuanaoa is also property owner of Halawa ahupuaa along with Kamaikui/ Grace Kamaikui who died after TCB Rooke, and after Queen Emma's child died.

9) Nauwahi/Nauahi, a grant of 50 acres and the illegal entity State of Hawaii, formerly Territory of Hawaii claimed.  Seven parcels near the Rainbow bridge also belongs to our families.

Nauwahi/Nauahi Lands in Haleiwa - 7 parcels.
Kanepilau - 1 parcel

Nauwahi/Nauahi was the father/stepfather of Kaleikini (w) who was married to John Kapena, Opunui, etc.

Kaleikini was the stepmother of my ancestors Kekualoa and Keawe whose father was John Kapena.  Kekualoa (w) son was Opunui who became the hanai/adopted son of Keawe her brother.

I, Amelia Gora, am one of the descendants/heirs of Kekualoa (w), Opunui, and Keawe.

Kekualoa (w) had children:  Opunui, Kekuahine (w)/Maria 

Keawe had son and hanai/adopted son:  Davis Keawe, and Opunui.

I, Amelia Gora, and others are the descendants/heirs of Opunui, Kekuahine (w), Davis Keawe, and Opunui.

I, Amelia Gora, and others own the Superior Titles/alodio titles to the lands that you are on.

According to research, 30+ acres were used out of the 50 acres.  We will be utilizing the 20 acres for homes/farming and rents are due for the 30+ acres that you have been using.

10) Kanepilau's , father of Kalima, land in Haleiwa near the Rainbow bridge belongs to our families.

11  Kekauonohi's lands of Honouliuli, Waimalu, etc.  She was the hanai/adopted daughter of Akahi my ancestor.  She was the last wife of Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku.  His brother was Keoua, who was the father of S. Luluhiwalani husband of Kalola (w).  Their son married our ancestor Kahananui and had Ioela.  Luluhiwalani and Kalola (w) had hanai/ adopted daughter named Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani, my ancestor.

12)  S. Luluhiwalani's lands in Pouhala, Ewa Oahu. amounting to 2,820+ acres.  I Amelia Gora am one of his descendants/heirs.

13  Puhalahua's lands in Ewa.

14)  All of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's lands, personal private lands, including the Crown Lands.  He did state in his documents that he did not foreigners on his personal private lands. 

15) All of Nuuanu's parcels including 15 acres of Kapalama, Oahu given to him by Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho, et. als. 

16)  All of Akahi (w) parcels and ahupuaa.  Akahi married Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku, had Kikau who had Nahuina, and he had Kaluakini who had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini who was born in Keauhou, Kona, Hawaii, the same location where Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was born.  She had John Matsugoro/Gora (others) who married and had Amelia Gora (and others).

17)  John Young's, Isaac Davis Families properties - I Amelia Gora descend from them through Hueu and Peke Davis.  Am one of the heirs of Kale Davis through marriages documented.  The 3 Davis were adopted by their own grandfather, by Kamehameha, and by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.  They were also adopted as hanai hookama - those who inherited sovereignty.  They too became the heirs and successors of the Kamehameha's.

18)  Hueu Davis sons include Kailio, Holokualani, Kahiamoe, Isaac.  I Amelia Gora descend from Kailio whose son was Kailio and had son Paele, who became the heir of Holokualani's lands..  

Other notes:  Kaeo/Josua Kaeo's father was Kalaikoa who married Kalaniulumoku's daughter.  He married Gina Lahilahi.
                    Keoni Ana Jr. properties does Not belong to foreigners but to the Superior title owners.
                    Kamaikui - she was the mother of three (3) of Isaac Davis children:  Hueu, Kale, Peke.  Her properties 
                      does Not belong to foreigners but to the Superior title owners, the alodio owners.
                    Fanny Kekela married George Naea and was the true mother of Queen Emma.  Their lands does Not
                       belong to foreigners but to the Superior title owners, the alodio owners.

                   TCB Rookes nephew from England is a foreign infiltrator and is Not a Superior title owner, the alodio 
                        owner in the Hawaiian archipelago/Hawaiian Islands.

The Hawaiian archipelago is made up of 133 Islands.
The age of our kanaka maoli in the Hawaiian archipelago is more than 1,650+ years.
Conspiracy(ies), piracy(ies), pillaging, racketeering can be seen in the criminal assumption of the Hawaiian archipelago by Obama/U.S. President Obama who claims to provide a conservation area when in reality he moves to encroach on foreign territories.

My name is John Gora, the 2008 elected Minister of Interior of the House of Nobles.  I am one of the descendants /heirs of Kamehameha, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, Kalaniopuu, Kaumualii, John Young, Isaac Davis, et. als.

My Assistants are House of Nobles members Calvin Santos and Amelia Gora.

The duties of my office as documented by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli includes assignments of the native tenant rights as defined in 1848, and recognized as kanaka maoli also.

This is not to be confused with the definition used today based on the Identity theft entity called the Territory developed by the Army, Navy, and Federal officials which became a State of Hawaii through the Executive Order of the U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower.  The "case of record by the illegal entity - during the time of Filipino Governor Ben Cayetano, recorded the Rice vs. Cayetano case which allows anyone born in the islands to be a 'legal' native Hawaiian, yet another identity theft entity created by an identity theft set up called the State of Hawaii".

The Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/He Mokupuni Pae Aina o Hawaii/Hawaiian archipelago/Hawaiian Islands/Hawaii and known as the Sandwich Islands by other recognized nations exists and has existed since the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's time as a Constitutional Monarchy, previously a Monarchy government during the time of Kamehameha since 1810.

Our Families Genealogies

Kamehameha married Keopuolani the daughter of Kiwalao, son of Kalaniopuu of the Big Island/Hawaii.

They had Liholiho who became Kamehameha II, Nahienaena (female), Kauikeaouli who became Kamehameha III.  They had other children, stepchildren, and hanai/ adopted children who were the children of his English counselors John Young and Isaac Davis.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli married Kekualoa who had Opunui, Kekipi, Keawe, Mahoe, Kahalaoa, Papa, and Nalimu.  Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli had other children with his other wives:  Keawe, Keawe 2, stepchildren:  Kanakaole/ Keliikanakaole and Maulili, hanai/adopted children:  Albert Kunuiakea, Alexander Liholiho - who became Kamehameha IV, Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli III had many siblings, stepsiblings, hanai/adopted siblings.  His stepsibling included William Charles Lunalilo who became King Lunalilo.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and Kekualoa's son Opunui married Kapehe and had Kapehe opio/Kapopo who married David Keawe/Pauahi and had Mele Keawe.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and Kekualoa's son Opunui also married Kalaikini who was previously married to Kekualoa's father John Kapena, one of the first four (4) selected Judges of the Kingdom of Hawaii.  Kalaikini was the Power of Attorney for Ruth/Ruth Keelikolani/Princess Ruth.

Opunui and Kalaikini had William Linekona Hokuloa/Charles William/Charles Kauweloa.

Mele Keawe married William Linekona Hokuloa/Charles William/Charles Kauweloa and had Mary Manoalani Kauweloa (stepsiblings:  Annie, and Charles Jr.) who married Albert Castro and had Mary Castro (others) divorced and married Ceferino Maduli and had more children.

Mary Castro married John Gora and had John Gora (others- including Amelia Gora)

I, John Gora, am one of the descendants of Kalaniopuu, Kamehameha, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, Kaumualii, John Young, Isaac Davis et. als.

     As elected official, the Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Hawaii, it is one of my duties to assign our Kingdom of Hawaii Government lands to native tenants - of the 1848 definition of the legal Kingdom of Hawaii Government, the de jure Government.

     Assignments have been made for Mauna Kea which is government lands and the assigned native Hawaiian tenants bear copies of these documents with Protective Orders from my office of the Minister of Interior.

      These native tenants are also allowed to live, occupy portions of the government lands of Mauna Kea, with portions of the four dwellings  and one cultural site to be also situated on our lands known as Waikoloa assigned to our ancestor Hueu Davis.

Hueu Davis is also my/our ancestor in two (2) genealogy lines.  Hueu Davis sister Kale Davis daughter married our Hueu Davis ancestor.  Hueu Davis sister Peke Davis married Keawe, son of John Kapena - one of the four (4) selected Judges of the Kingdom of Hawaii, and had son David Keawe/David W. Keawe/Pauahi.

Hueu Davis son Kailio is one of our ancestors.

          Lastly, the identity thieves State of Hawaii which moves to assume lands for the purpose of building a war making business on Mauna Kea is Not acceptable and is Not allowed.

           The assigned Kahu and Kiai are and remain the allowed kanaka maoli who can occupy, malama/take care of the assigned government lands, and our assigned portions known as Waikoloa lands of our ancestor Hueu Davis, son of Isaac Davis, grandson and adopted son of John Young/Olohana, adopted son of Kamehameha, and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

             Other assignments of the Kingdom of Hawaii lands, etc. are also being maintained by my Office of the Minister of Interior.

What Are the Treaty Obligations of the U.S.A., England, and France?

The following article was found in The Pacific Commercial Advertiser, Wednesday, October 2, 1895:
 England and France claimed to have more powers over the United States Government.
REVIEWING THE TREATY(IES) With:
The United States of America:

ENGLAND:  to be completed - under construction
Sir Edward Gary "is responsible for the statement that British interests are safe in the hands of the United States.  Give the actual American protection, which can only be obtained by political union with the States and all hands will be satisfied.":
"Grey retained his seat in the 1892 election with a majority of 442 votes and to his surprise was made Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs by William Ewart Gladstone (albeit after his son Herbert had refused the post) under the Foreign Secretary, Lord Rosebery. Grey would later claim that at this point he had had no special training nor paid special attention to foreign affairs.[8] The new Under-Secretary prepared the policy for making Uganda a new colony, proposing to build a railway from Cairo through East Africa. There was continuity in presentation and preparation during the Scramble for Africa; foreign policy was not an election issue. The Liberals continued to incline towards the Triple Alliance, causing the press to write of a "Quadruple Alliance".
Grey later dated his first suspicions of future Anglo-German disagreements to his early days in office, after Germany had sought commercial concessions from Britain in the Ottoman Empire; in return they would promise support for a British position in Egypt. "It was the abrupt and rough peremptoriness of the German action that gave me an unpleasant impression"; not, he added, that the German position was at all "unreasonable," rather that the "method... was not that of a friend."[9] With hindsight, he argued in his autobiography, "the whole policy of the years from 1886 to 1904 [might] be criticized as having played into the hands of Germany."[10]

1895 statement on French expansion in Africa[edit]

Prior to the Foreign Office vote on 28 March 1895, Grey asked Lord Kimberley, the new Foreign Secretary, for direction as to how he should answer any question about French activities in West Africa. According to Grey, Kimberley suggested "pretty firm language."[11]In fact, West Africa was not mentioned, but when pressed on possible French activities in the Nile Valley Grey stated that a French expedition "would be an unfriendly act and would be so viewed by England."[12] According to Grey the subsequent row both in Paris and in the Cabinet was made worse by the failure of Hansard to record that his statement referred explicitly to the Nile Valley and not to Africa in general.[13] The statement was made before the dispatch of the Marchand expedition—indeed, he believed it might have actually provoked it—and as Grey admits did much to damage future Anglo-French relations.[14]
The Liberal Party lost a key vote in the House of Commons on 21 June 1895, and Grey was among the majority in his party that preferred a dissolution to continuing. He seems to have left office with few regrets, noting, "I shall never be in office again and the days of my stay in the House of Commons are probably numbered. We [he and his wife] are both very glad and relieved...."[15] The Liberals were soundly defeated in the subsequent General Election, although Grey added 300 votes to his own majority.[16] He was to remain out of office for the next ten years, but was sworn of the Privy Council in 1902.[17] He was appointed a deputy lieutenant of Northumberland in 1901.[18]

With the Conservative government of Arthur Balfour divided and unpopular, there was some speculation that H. H. Asquith and his allies Grey and Richard Haldane would refuse to serve in the next Liberal government unless the Liberal leader Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman accepted a peerage, which would have left Asquith as the real leader in the House of Commons. However, the plot (called the "Relugas Compact" after the Scottish lodge where the men met) collapsed when Asquith agreed to serve as Chancellor of the Exchequer under Campbell-Bannerman. When Campbell-Bannerman formed a government in December 1905 Grey was appointed Foreign Secretary—the first Foreign Secretary to sit in the Commons since 1868. Haldane became Secretary of State for War. The party won a landslide victory in the 1906 general election. Whilst an MP he voted in favour of the 1908 Women's Enfranchisement Bill.[19] When Campbell-Bannerman stepped down as Prime Minister in 1908, Grey was Asquith's only realistic rival to succeed his friend. In the event, Grey continued as Foreign Secretary, and held office for 11 years to the day, the longest continuous tenure in that office.
