This legal notice is to inform you that the Konohiki Family of Kamaikaaloa for Kula, Maui -Haleakala has asked that I, Amelia Gora, document Opposition to the entity State of Hawaii in claiming and supporting the telescope on Haleakala.

The Kamaikaaloa Family has the Superior Titles to lands in Kula, Maui the Aina of Kalialinui which was signed by Kamehameha on February 3, 1848.

Kamaikaaloa/Kamai also has the Superior Titles, Alodio deeds to two properties under Royal Patent 7885.

Poohina an ancestor of theirs also has RP6318 in Kula, Maui.

The Kamaikalloa Family opposes the telelescope/projects affecting the lands of Kula, Maui which is covered in the Mahele Book at the Archives - location: Iolani Palace/the Palace.

Rents are due for the use of the lands on Kula, Maui.

The Kamaikaaloa/Kamai/Poohina families are the land lords for Kula, Maui.

SUMMARY

Rents are Due for the Haleakala lands, Maunakea lands, the Iolani Palace, the Iolani Palace Grounds, surrounding lands belonging to the Royal Families, the lands that CityHall sits on an entity of the State of Hawaii which evolved from the developed Territory utilizing Identity Theft sits on, , the Main Library an entity of the State of Hawaii which evolved from the developed Territory utilizing Identity Theft sits on, the entity State Capitol building - the entity State of Hawaii which evolved from the developed Territory utilizing Identity Theft sits on, the Bureau of Conveyances, etc. - an entity of, the entity State of Hawaii which evolved from the developed Territory utilizing Identity Theft sits on, the lands that the documented Pirates, Pillagers Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, Walmart, Water Front buildings, Piers, et. als. sits on.

Rents due: $50,000 monthly rent for 5,000 sq. ft. plus back rents to the date of 1884 when Bernice Pauahi Bishop died. The Alodio Titles, the Superior Titles are owned by our Royal Families, and/or private owners of properties that are occupied without consent by the current owners.

This is also a notice that part of the properties will be utilized for Art Galleries, Office space for our personal use as well as the Kingdom of Hawaii offices which will be designated as such.

Notes to U.S. President Barrack Obama:

1) My great great grandfather named David Pauahi/Keawe/Kalua held a lease for the Booth Family in Pauoa etc. which belongs to our Families. Rents are also due at $50,000 per month retroactive to 1893.

2) I, Amelia Gora, had requested for our records of the Kingdom of Hawaii before, and am again requesting for our records from the time of Kamehameha through 1917 the date that Queen Liliuokalani passed away.

3) I, Amelia Gora am one of Queen Liliuokalani's Family Members through her hanai/adopted daughters named Abigaila/Abigail Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/ Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani and Kekualoa/Kuahine/Kekuahine/Kaaumoana/ Kahakuhaakoi who was also named as her Trustee and her descendants of her blood would be the Trustees.

4) I, Amelia Gora am a descendant of Kalaniopuu (4 genealogy lines), Kamehameha (4 genealogy lines as bloodline, 3 genealogy lines as hanai/adopted children, and 6 genealogy lines as stepchildren descendants/heirs).

5) I, Amelia Gora maintain that the entity State created by the Territory developers Army, Navy, and Federal officials are Not related to me or our Royal Families.

6) I, Amelia Gora am one of the many researchers who have discovered, uncovered, and revealed to the World that the U.S. did premeditate the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, perpetuated Frauds even after Opposition to Annexation was made by Queen Liliuokalani in 1897 and her 21,000+ subjects who signed protests, they representing about 40,000 who supported her - appears another group of signatures are missing.

7) I, Amelia Gora did find the article showing that U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1897 before William McKinley became U.S. President.

Queen Liliuokalani maintained that she was not able to send letters outside of the Hawaiian Islands, which means that she was not able to receive incoming letters etc.

8) I, Amelia Gora am one of the Landlords/Land Lords of the above listed properties and hold the Superior Titles, the Alodio Titles vs. the Alien Fee Simple Titles.

9) I, Amelia Gora am one of the Representatives of our Royal Families and hold the prima facie evidence of ownership, etc.

10) The acceptance of rents does not mean that acceptance of your illegal occupation is acceptable.

11) Our Kingdom of Hawaii's treasuries, funds, gold coins/ "Coins of the Realm", rents, leases, mineral rights, water rights, lands, Crown Lands wrongfully dubbed "Ceded Lands" by a pack of pirates, pillagers, treasonous persons who had no right to interest in lands which was declared by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli to be for himself, his heirs and successors continues in our Royal Families inheritances, legacy(ies), inherent rights, obligations, etc. and deny that the Identity thieves are related to myself and our Royal Families.

12) As one of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's Heirs and Successors, I, Amelia Gora maintain that we continue the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America and invoked Article XIV in naming, documenting pirates, pillagers, etc. and the United States of America will need to collect up their pirates and take them, remove them from the Hawaiian Islands. The names listed have been legally dispossessed of all or any lands, example being the Trustees of the Bishop Estates, Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates, Kamehameha Schools, Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, etc.

13) Illegal contracts have been made null and void, example: Hawaiian Home Lands assignments because the entity State an illegal entity created/developed by the Army, Navy and Federal officials under U.S. President McKinley are Not the owners.

14) the Minister of Interior under the United States has no rights to operate in the Hawaiian Islands.

15) the Judicial System, etc. created/developed to assume justice is riding on a non-government set up and are Not even a government but operating on identity theft and all the Judges, etc. shall be removed from all cases pertaining to Hawaiian lands.

16) the entity State of Hawaii is an occupying entity which has no rights in the Hawaiian Islands and belongs under a Consulate title with limited rights/roles.

17) Meeting is expected because Pearl Harbor which belongs to our Royal Families, and other issues will need to be discussed with other invited governments present.

18) The use of guns, weaponry is unlawful which includes all armed individuals of the occupiers, their invited occupants, etc. because we are a neutral, friendly nation since the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

Wrongful use will be cause for immediate deportation of individuals and documented under 1) article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America and 2) Genocide Activities List which is also being held by our office and the Honolulu Police Department for the records.

19) GMO's/ Genetic Modified Organisms are Not allowed because much of the properties belongs to our Royal Families. Example: Pouhala, Ewa lands belongs to my great great great great great grandfather Luluhiwalani - a total of 2,800+ acres. Another example: 42,000+ acres of Honouliuli, Ewa, Oahu belonging to M. Kekauonohi who became step mother to all of Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, hanai/adopted children because

she was married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho. Kamehameha II - Liholiho married his stepmother named Kekauluohi/Auhea one of the widows of his father Kamehameha. Kekauluohi/Auhea was the sibling/stepsibling of 11+ of my ancestors, and the mother of William C. Lunalilo/King Lunalilo..

23) Private properties of our Royal Families occupied by the Army, Navy, Air Force, other military, etc. of the U.S. - rents are due until removal of armed forces are announced in alignment to the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

24) The Trusts of our Royal Families are and belong to the true owners who are Not the Identity thieves. The Trusteeship will be under those who are part of the Royal Families with documented evidence through genealogies, including showing connections to other Royal Family members.

25) The laws and the 1840, 1852, and 1864 Constitutions are maintained. It was the desire of Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho to maintain the 1852 Constitution maintained. The anti-slavery law was included in the 1852 Constitution which was copied, nearly word for word by the United States Constitution of 1865.

The "Bayonnet Constitution" forced upon King Kalakaua in 1878 was signed with a gun to his head, which means he was under stress, duress, usurpation, and coercion making it null and void.

Queen Liliuokalani destroyed her Constitution which means she returned the Constitution of the previous periods prior to King Kalakaua's "Bayonnet Constitution".

26) The Hawaiian archipelago recognized by Russia during the time of Kamehameha was made up of 132 islands. The total number of islands to date is 133 islands. The Hawaiian archipelago has been inhabited by our people for more than 1,650 years or approximately 350 A.D. well before the aliens/foreigners happened upon the shores of our Islands.

Re: Kingdom of Hawaii Rents Due to Landlords No. 2016-0921 Rents for the following Properties are due: Pehu's (2 parcels), Abner Paki's, Kekualoa's and Kamehameha III's, Victoria Kamamalu, Kekauonohi, Mataio Kekuanaoa, William Charles Lunalilo, Laanui, Honokaupu, Keolewa, Niau, John Young Jr./Keoni Ana, James Young Kanehoa, Nauwahi/Nauahi, Kanepilau parcels Macy's, Alexander and Baldwin properties, etc. for two (2) reasons: (1) Alodio, Superior Title Owner, and (2) Dispossession made based on Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty

The following was posted as a Legal Notice:

I, Amelia Gora, am one of the Superior alodio land owners under our ancestor:

1) Pehu's parcels - lands that you are sitting on.

lands that the Macy family claimed- Walmart is on it, formerly occupied by the Macy stores

lands in Palolo, 800+ acres

2) Honokaupu - lands of Keekapu's parents in Town currently occupied by the City and County

3) Keolewa - lands of Kamakahelei's heirs given to Kamaikui - lands currenly occupied by the City and County. I, Amelia Gora am one of Kamakahelei's heirs/descendants. Am also one of Kamaikui's descendants/heirs.

4) Kamahiai - lands of heirs: Kaiama and wife. I, Amelia Gora am one of Kaiama's heirs.

5) William Charles Lunalilo - lands of Kamehameha, Kamehameha II's widows son. Her last marriage was to Charles Kanaina.

6) Gideon Laanui - lands of heirs including his last wife Namahana/Piia's children.I Amelia Gora am one of her descendants/heirs through Haupu/Kahekili;

7) Abner Paki's, heir of his brother Kalaniulumoku, both were Kamehameha's grandsons. I, Amelia Gora, am one of Kalaniulumoku's sons descendants/heirs. He had multiples of parcels including the land that the Attorney General occupies. Kalola, daughter of Kalaniulumoku was the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in probate.

8) Victoria Kamamalu was the sibling of my ancestors Paalua, and John Kapena.. Paalua's father was Mataio Kekuanaoa. John Kapena's stepfather was Mataio Kekuanaoa. He was the son of Kalima the fifth wife or last wife of Kekuanaoa. Mataio Kekuanaoa is also property owner of Halawa ahupuaa along with Kamaikui/ Grace Kamaikui who died after TCB Rooke, and after Queen Emma's child died.

9) Nauwahi/Nauahi, a grant of 50 acres and the illegal entity State of Hawaii, formerly Territory of Hawaii claimed. Seven parcels near the Rainbow bridge also belongs to our families.

Nauwahi/Nauahi Lands in Haleiwa - 7 parcels.

Kanepilau - 1 parcel

Nauwahi/Nauahi was the father/stepfather of Kaleikini (w) who was married to John Kapena, Opunui, etc.

Kaleikini was the stepmother of my ancestors Kekualoa and Keawe whose father was John Kapena. Kekualoa (w) son was Opunui who became the hanai/adopted son of Keawe her brother.

I, Amelia Gora, am one of the descendants/heirs of Kekualoa (w), Opunui, and Keawe.

Kekualoa (w) had children: Opunui, Kekuahine (w)/Maria

Keawe had son and hanai/adopted son: Davis Keawe, and Opunui.

I, Amelia Gora, and others are the descendants/heirs of Opunui, Kekuahine (w), Davis Keawe, and Opunui.

I, Amelia Gora, and others own the Superior Titles/alodio titles to the lands that you are on.

According to research, 30+ acres were used out of the 50 acres. We will be utilizing the 20 acres for homes/farming and rents are due for the 30+ acres that you have been using.

10) Kanepilau's , father of Kalima, land in Haleiwa near the Rainbow bridge belongs to our families.

11 Kekauonohi's lands of Honouliuli, Waimalu, etc. She was the hanai/adopted daughter of Akahi my ancestor. She was the last wife of Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku. His brother was Keoua, who was the father of S. Luluhiwalani husband of Kalola (w). Their son married our ancestor Kahananui and had Ioela. Luluhiwalani and Kalola (w) had hanai/ adopted daughter named Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani, my ancestor.

12) S. Luluhiwalani's lands in Pouhala, Ewa Oahu. amounting to 2,820+ acres. I Amelia Gora am one of his descendants/heirs.

13 Puhalahua's lands in Ewa.

14) All of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's lands, personal private lands, including the Crown Lands. He did state in his documents that he did not foreigners on his personal private lands.

15) All of Nuuanu's parcels including 15 acres of Kapalama, Oahu given to him by Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho, et. als.

16) All of Akahi (w) parcels and ahupuaa. Akahi married Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku, had Kikau who had Nahuina, and he had Kaluakini who had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini who was born in Keauhou, Kona, Hawaii, the same location where Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was born. She had John Matsugoro/Gora (others) who married and had Amelia Gora (and others).

17) John Young's, Isaac Davis Families properties - I Amelia Gora descend from them through Hueu and Peke Davis. Am one of the heirs of Kale Davis through marriages documented. The 3 Davis were adopted by their own grandfather, by Kamehameha, and by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. They were also adopted as hanai hookama - those who inherited sovereignty. They too became the heirs and successors of the Kamehameha's.

18) Hueu Davis sons include Kailio, Holokualani, Kahiamoe, Isaac. I Amelia Gora descend from Kailio whose son was Kailio and had son Paele, who became the heir of Holokualani's lands..

Other notes: Kaeo/Josua Kaeo's father was Kalaikoa who married Kalaniulumoku's daughter. He married Gina Lahilahi.

Keoni Ana Jr. properties does Not belong to foreigners but to the Superior title owners.

Kamaikui - she was the mother of three (3) of Isaac Davis children: Hueu, Kale, Peke. Her properties

does Not belong to foreigners but to the Superior title owners, the alodio owners.

Fanny Kekela married George Naea and was the true mother of Queen Emma. Their lands does Not

belong to foreigners but to the Superior title owners, the alodio owners.

TCB Rookes nephew from England is a foreign infiltrator and is Not a Superior title owner, the alodio

owner in the Hawaiian archipelago/Hawaiian Islands.
